Setting up Golden Cheetah v2.1 - Screencast

If you have read my previous blog entries you will know I am a big fan of the Golden Cheetah software.   Its very versatile and I use it for 90% of my training data analysis.

The only issue I found with it was new users had a little trouble getting the software setup properly, usually due to missing the steps of adding in their threshold power or heart rate values from the correct date.  So, back in February 2012 I created a screencast to demonstrate how to go through the setup process, including setting up the Performance Manager (PM) chart is both the PM and Metrics tabs.

This screencast was previously only available to coached riders but it has now been uploaded to YouTube and can be viewed below.

NOTE: This screencast applies specifically to version 2 of Golden Cheetah.  The current version is v3 and the setup process and charts have changed a bit.  I will be creating a new screencast for setting up and using v3 over the next few days and these will be uploaded and posted here when completed.
