Nutrition Analysis and Planning

Good nutrition plays a vital role in success in cycling, from providing sufficient energy to fuel and recovery from daily training activities, to managing body weight and that ever important power-to-weight ratio.
Nutritional AnalysisIn addition to our premium coaching services we also provide detailed nutritional analysis to help riders achieve their goals.
The analysis focusses on identifying your daily energy needs (training and normal daily activities) and assessing whether any changes to of the programs for riders who do not wish for ongoing assistance from a coach. If you want to select this option please complete and submit the and indicate ‘set training plan’ when asked what type of coaching you require. Once your questionnaire has been received we will assess your requirements and goals and send you an email confirming the details of your target event/s, training plan duration and a request for you to make a payment. Fees for set plans are based on the duration of the training plan being developed. Costs are as follows:
- Nutritional Analysis (Identify daily energy requirements and 3-day food diary analysis) – $120.00
Daily Nutritional PlansRiding and racing skills are some of the most fundamental and important aspects to cycling, especially if you want to get the need to know it for racing then we can help you develop it. Fees for developing nutritional plans are charged on a per day basis, as follows:
- $30 per ‘day’ planned (noting that for a full weeks plan that some days are repeated where training requires similar energy demands)
